The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is the first mega-resort in the country and is made up of 3 large hotels including the Grand Hyatt. It’s located right in the middle of popular Cable Beach and contains modern rooms filled with chic decor and lots of sunshine. There are different room categories available from regular rooms to large residences. 

Entry-level rooms start at 470 square feet. These include blue walls and white furnishing to exude that beach vibe. A king bed is paired with an ornate headboard and striking art on the walls. Diving Experience:

Located in the laid-back Ambergris Cay, Matachica Beach Resort offers barefoot luxury in every corner. Set on the northern portion of the island, the resort has recently been renovated to match the beauty and pace of life on the island. 

There are 14 bungalows, each one sporting bright colors that allow it to stand out against the blues of the surrounding water.

Each one offers an ocean view with glass-walled showers and stylish bamboo plants.
